Working with the Ministry of Health we designed and developed the Leading for Outcomes website. Leading for Outcomes is a 'big picture' initiative to help achieve the Ministry's high level health outcomes by identifying and encouraging health sector activities that are working well. The dynamic website enables health providers to learn more about the initiative, the impact that today's decisions have on tomorrow's population, and to find out what steps they can take to change the way they deliver health care. |
