The State Sector Retirement Savings Scheme requested a redesign of their website to focus on the user experience of site visitors (including three core groups), and their being able to locate the information that they need quickly and easily. Boost worked closely with the Commission to draft and refine an information architecture, and hierarchy that met with their objectives. The site's design is captivating, purposeful and incorporates visual comparisons to incentivise users, such as graphs illustrating the difference between saving with, and without, employer contributions. The redesign has resulted in a 30% increase in site click-throughs from visitors. |
