Do you want a job where you feel good because you’re doing good? Join a high-performing team of developers, designers and Agile coaches who care about each other and the work we do. Based in our sunny office in Wellington, you’ll work with a fun bunch who are making the world a better place, one project at a time.
You’ll work with a team who share the same purpose: supporting others to create a positive and lasting impact. Together, we choose like-minded clients who want to make the world a better place.
Get the trust and support you need to be the best you can. As an Agile development shop, we work in self-organising teams. And as a WordBlu democratic workplace, we give you the freedom to thrive.
You won’t have a manager, you’ll have a one-on-one coach. You’ll get to drive your own professional development, and you’ll get to extend your skills further in our fortnightly Research & Development days.
You’ll work closely with colleagues and clients, in a collaborative and lively environment. There’s ping pong and foosball to fire you up, coffee and fruit to keep you going, and regular shindigs to celebrate success.
We’re after full-stack developers who write beautiful and efficient code, enjoy collaborating with colleagues and clients, and care about quality and user experience.
Do you have at least two years experience as a digital designer? Are you keen to work in an Agile way?
Joining us at Boost, you’ll collaborate closely with clients, developers and other designers, creating well-crafted web and mobile apps. You’ll work iteratively, designing, testing and refining solutions that delight our clients and their customers. And you'll have a strong drive to continuously improve your design practice.
Are you an experienced, inspiring Agile Coach or Scrum Master who embodies the Agile mindset (being Agile not doing Agile)?
If you’re empathetic and supportive, an outstanding communicator, a great collaborator and a creative life-long learner, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re always on the lookout for great additions to the Boost team. If you’d like us to keep you in mind for future roles, fill in the form below.

We want Boost to be the best place to work in New Zealand, so every month we ask the team how happy they are at work. Here’s the running average of our past four surveys.
